Two women entrepreneurs share their stories and secrets to becoming successful business owners. One believes customer service is the key and the other recommends that they have good advisers, a good attorney, good insurance, and  a “trusted network.”

One also highlighted this (and I so agree):
Being an entrepreneur, you have a spirit of you’re never really quite settled,” she said. “When everything is too easy, you’re not quite happy. You’re always kind of looking around like something is missing what should I be doing, is this really what I should be doing, at least that’s how I felt.”

Scared about holding on to your corporate job? Hire yourself! Start a business! Become an entrepreneur! That way, you can't be fired and you have complete control over your destiny.
Being an entrepreneur means no one can fire you. For a woman who wants to have children it means not totally sacrificing your career. The 65-plus executive who is told he must retire but isn't ready doesn't have to. What prevents a disabled person from starting and running their own business? It's really mind over matter.
